Bill Clinton promises to be brief at Hillary rally

Proves hard to do

In a stunning development, former president Bill Clinton began addressing a Hillary Clinton campaign rally in Nashua, New Hampshire this morning by saying, “Look, I will be very brief and to the point.”

Mr. Clinton then went on to speak for 47 uninterrupted minutes.

In anticipation of the former president’s inability to be “very brief and to the point,” Hillary Clinton campaign staffers pre-screened rally goers to ensure that no yawners or dozers were sitting behind Mr. Clinton as he spoke.
