Glenn Beck, Pawn Stars, Duck Dynasty endorsements. More to come?

AROUND THE BLOCK

News with a Twist

Reality show/celebrity endorsements actually happening

Around The Block - satire or reality

In an incredible twist of events, satire is becoming reality.

Following the Around The Block report that the Sarah Palin endorsement of Donald Trump will create a scramble for celebrity endorsements from other Republican candidates, the endorsements are actually beginning to flow in.
  • Glenn Beck, the discredited former Fox News celebrity and current second tier right-wing talk radio talk show host, announced his endorsement of Ted Cruz. While Around The Block really hasn’t thought about Glenn Beck in years, our comment that he is discredited and second tier is based on Donald Trump’s Twitter response to the Beck endorsement:

  •  Rick Harrison, host of the A&E reality show Pawn Stars, endorsed Marco Rubio.
  • And, Phil Robertson, star of the reality show Duck Dynasty, really did endorse Ted Cruz.
As of this writing, Around The Block has not heard whether Jersey Shore stars "Snooki" and “JWoww" have actually endorsed Chris Christie. And, it is unclear whether Pawn Stars' Rick Harrison’s endorsement will be enough for Rubio or whether he is still courting the Cuban Chrome cast for their endorsement, despite the legal problems for the cast a Rubio endorsement will mean.

In this is fast moving endorsement season Around The Block will keep readers up to date as soon as new endorsements are announced.
